Green Delta Dragon is a joint-venture asset manager
founded by Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd (GDIC), Dragon Capital Management
(HK) Ltd. (Dragon Capital) and Equinox Dhaka Ltd. (Equinox). Green Delta
Insurance Company is the largest general insurance company in Bangladesh. To be

with absolute professionalism and integrity. The idea of space is to reflect
their mission in the space organization, material use and lighting mechanism of
both natural and artificial.
The office area comprises 3400sqft. The space design
focuses on the psychological well-being of the employees to maximize
productivity. A minimalistic design with clarity in functional arrangement ensures
a professional environment. The monochromic tone of white and grey with natural
shades of wood positively stimulates employees’ concentration. The touch of
green always upswings the environment with its refreshing characteristic. The
design incorporated vertical green paneling in the braking space which enhances
the quality of space and has a psychological impact on the employees. Lighting
in the workplace design is a sensitive issue where harsh lighting can cause a disturbance.
As natural lighting has the ability to reduce work stress so the design tries
to maximize its use. The mixing of artificial warm and white lights in the
breakout space and reception makes the space look spacious and welcoming. Metal mesh frames are used as partitions and
false ceilings which match the raw texture of the ceiling. The overall soothing
ambience of the office results in higher productivity and desired working place
for its employees.
