The project was a commercial development at a prime location in Tejgaon, Dhaka. As the site location demands a contemporary design which symbolizes the urban characteristics of new Dhaka in relation to existing contemporary development in the Gulshan area. Therefore, the design idea is to develop an urban window which does not block the aperture but rather flew through it and generates opportunities for bigger ventures. The design proposal uses 50% ground coverage of the 37000 sft land area. The building was fourteen storied approximately 18,500 sft on each floor. The total floor area was 2,59000sqft.
The design evolved around the concept of responsibility towards the local community. The ground level is mostly open, with a large, elevated plaza left to promote public participation and provide a place for people to eat, troll, and pass the time after a drudgery-filled day at work. The structure's utilization of half the land results in a beneficial green space that increases the amount of urban green space.
